Our Retail Supervisors play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our guests by ensuring all retail team members provide a friendly and helpful service to any customer using our Restaurant. Your positive approach and manner means our guests have a seamless and hassle free experience at all times.
We are currently seeking a Retail Supervisor to join us at Torquay Holiday Park.
Reporting to the Bar Manager you will ensure the running of the Bar to to the highest standards at all times. You will have knowledge of training team members, carrying out Duty Manager shifts and help with the growth of sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the Bar Manager in the implementation of the Retail operational strategy on park; understanding and following clear and concise guidelines set by the Central Support Team.
· Delivering Retail Opportunities across the park, focussing on and driving a pro-active sales culture at park events and activities. Including identifying up-selling at all opportunities.
· Providing the highest standards of service and interaction to all customers.
· Ensuring top sellers are always available by placing and receiving orders with all relevant goods and paperwork checked appropriately.
· Support with the stock takes ensuring they are counted smoothly and actions are implemented before and after the stock take.
