Job description
The right candidate for this role must have previous bar experience including cellar management. They must also be approachable, posses a high quality or organisation skill and great communication and social skills
Responsibilities will include, and are not limited to
- Running of the bar
- Cellar management
- Stock control
- Ordering stock
- Line cleaning
- Maintaining health and safety regulations
- Ability to train new bar staff where appropriate
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
