Job description
Bar Assistant
We are recruiting for passionate and motivated individuals to work on the bar at our luxury wedding and events venue.
Duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales
- Preparing and serving beverages to customers using the correct measures and glassware
in accordance with food safety and hygiene practices and procedures
- Set up and clear down of events
- Collecting and cleaning glassware
- Maintaining and following cleaning procedures and completing necessary documents
- General stock and cellar management
- Handling of cash and account tabs
- To follow instruction from the Event Management Team and Bar Supervisor working as part of a team
The hours available are part-time and typically Saturday night’s with some weekdays. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Must be 18 years or over.
Job Types: Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Salary: £12.00 per hour
