DHP Family are one of the UK’s most exciting and creative entertainment companies - a leading player in the music and night life entertainment sector. We have circa 300 employees across 7 sites in the UK, including our Head Office function in Nottingham. We have been operating venues and organising concerts for 30 years and since then our ever-growing family has expanded to also run its own ticketing, festivals and band management.

We believe our big company capability and small company ethics make us unique.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

If you want to join a dynamic and outgoing team who are passionate about the entertainment industry, this role may be for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation, service and presentation of beverages in accordance with customer orders, quickly and efficiently, in line with our high standards.
  • Delivery of excellent customers service to all customers at all times.
  • Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations where possible.
  • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of both front of house and back of house areas throughout your shift.
  • Able to perform tasks in a timely, efficient fashion.
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and products.
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures, and licensing laws.
  • Carry out instructions given by team supervisors and/or management.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training.
  • To ensure the venue is operating at a safe and excellent level of service.

In return we will offer:

  • Team building and social events.
  • Free/discounted entry to club and gig events

  • Flexible working hours
  • Developmental and promotional opportunities within a multi-site UK Company
