We are looking for someone who has a good attitude, works hard, isn't afraid to ask questions and most of all is friendly to add to our already amazing team, to compensate we offer a fair wage, give reasonable hours, and every opportunity to improve and progress. Most importantly experience is not required we will happily train and provide everyone will ample opportunities to learn this craft.

You will be required to serve drinks, take some food orders and smile. We prioritise guest experience. In our employees we require willingness to work and a positive attitude. No prior experience required we provide training within the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Restocking the bar

-Making drinks

-Collecting Payment for Drinks and Food

-Glass Collecting

-Day-to-day maintenance of the pub

We at the Swan pride ourselves in being able to provide exceptional guest experiences. We have one of the biggest Live Music scenes in Beaconsfield, offering Live Music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is complemented by a range of other events such as Poker Night on Tuesdays, and a much awaited Sunday Games Night and Wednesday Pub Quiz. We pride ourselves on being able to incorporate individual characters into our diverse team giving all our staff a say in how we progress as a venue and pub.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
