With a busy racing calendar approaching we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our friendly Bar team providing outstanding service across our hospitality and retail service!
What you’ll do:
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in setup of the bar daily, ensuring stock is replenished and the area is equipped for opening hours.
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and tables.
- Collection and sterilisation of all glass wear.
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding beverage choices and related items.
What you’ll bring:
- Positive attitude, being friendly yet professional.
- 18+ due to the licensing restrictions.
- A team player with an ability to work in a busy environment.
- Good attention to detail and punctuality.
- Experience within a bar setting
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
