Bar Staff
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent over consumption or disturbances
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, drink recipes, and bar equipment is a plus
