Bar Staff
We're looking for some members to join our team as Bar Staff here at the Grey Owl Newcastle!
Between 30-40 hours per week.
Weekly pay, Bi-weekly cash tips, and Monthly service charge.
Evening and Weekend availability is required but morning shifts are occasionally available. The latest we finish on a Friday and Saturday is 1am.
Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and card payments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
