Award-winning Green & Fortune is hiring for our amazing site in Kings Cross with a bar, restaurant and private dining. Within Kings Place, there are two concert halls showcasing an array of music and spoken word from Classical quartets to popular live podcasts which brings us a wide array of guests through our doors.
Our restaurant showcases a modern British menu with cuts of meat responsibly sourced from our very own farm and butchered on site by our very own butcher. Our drinks have been crafted by our teams from across our 4 sites taking a nod to the talent and creativity we have in the group and we even have a bar in a horsebox! Expect no two days to be the same in Kings Place with BBQs and a great Sunday roast through to intimate private dining experiences.
We are looking for experienced back and front-of-house team members to join our family.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, tons of personality and a good sense of humour are rewarded with rates of pay beyond the London Living Wage, training, great teammates and a fun atmosphere to work in.
- Our ideal candidate loves food, beverage and people. If you love experimenting and mixing up great cocktails with the latest techniques and with the freshest ingredients or just perfecting the classics.
- If you love being around food, whether intimate fine dining, big parties or just trying out the latest offerings from your local street food market, you could be the right match for us!
- You must also have excellent communication skills and love mixing with people.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not a must as we are happy to train you to become a hospitality professional.
