Job description
Extra Time is a vibrant American-style sports bar based in Sheffield City Centre. Situated over two floors we have 40+ HD screens allowing customers to enjoy a variety of sports. Downstairs we have an awesome games room offering American pool, smart darts, basketball and 22ft competition shuffleboards.
Extra Time has a late licence, allowing our customers to be able to catch all their favourites live and until late.
We are very excited to be expanding our team, we are currently looking for a shift supervisor. It’s a hands-on role involving serving, taking orders, and looking after customers. In addition as shift supervisor, you will work closely with the General Manager in overseeing and being responsible for the shift and colleagues on that shift.
Other duties will include:
· Supporting with stock ordering and management
- Helping to manage staff levels
- Motivating and developing team members
- Being the point of call for any management issues during your shifts
You will be confident in dealing with various situations with excellent communication skills and be proactive in problem solving.
Experience in bar work is essential, with the ideal candidate also having supervisory or leadership experience in the industry. Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
