Job description

We are seeking to hire bar staff for our busy restaurant. This position requires individuals who enjoy interacting with a diverse clientele, working in a fast-paced environment and serving great food in a professional manner. Bar Staff is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for advancement as well as an excellent wage, full-benefits package and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions for all products.
• Help bartenders.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of bar area, including cleaning and disposal of trash.
• Recognise when to call a poison control centre.
• Know how to operate a cash register.
• Follow all laws related to serving alcohol.
• Communicate with other employees and supervisors.
• Accept drink tickets and make change.
• Demonstrate proper bar etiquette.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Pay: £9.80-£10.00 per hour

Experience:

• Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
