How do you fancy working at one of Brighton's most iconic attractions!
Brighton Palace Pier are seeking experienced bar staff to work in Horatio's bar. Cocktail experience is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
To arrive at work 10minutes before the start of your shift to allow time to prepare to start on time.
Serve customers with the range of beverages and soft drinks available at the bar.
Be aware of the Cocktail Menu recipes and how to make and present.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and the seating areas this includes glass collecting table cleaning and re-stocking cruet baskets when required.
Serve hot and cold bar food ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.
