Job Description


There’s a lot to this opportunity and we’re looking for someone to jump in. The role will be responsible for the delivery, implementation, management and successful execution of our global and regional talent programmes including the design and management of participant experience, stakeholder management and vendor management.

This person will enjoy variety and working in all areas associated with bringing a talent programme to fruition. They will strike a balance between strategic thought and hands on implementation; One hour could be spent managing programme nominations, the next could be discussing desired learning outcomes for an upcoming module with Senior Executives, therefore the successful individual needs to be comfortable in both spaces. This role is part of a global leadership development team and should demonstrate a high level of accountability and autonomy to successfully deliver on outcomes in a small and agile team.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Programme Delivery & Management

This role will work with the Global VP of Talent, and Head of Talent Management Europe and India to:

  • Facilitate and deliver a number of our key talent programmes in collaboration with the global leadership team and regional partners.
  • Create and project manage the overall design and development of our leadership programming.
  • Design and develop materials including pre-work, course evaluations, communications, programme engagement strategies and learning sustainability.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Manage and maintain programme budgets.
  • Maintain alignment with global leadership development strategy to ensure a progressive employee career development journey.
  • Oversee all logistics preparation including creating a unique experience for facilitators, speakers and participants.
  • Leverage and advance the use of technology enablement to advance learning as an organization.
  • Collect, analyze and report on programme metrics Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations, to modify learning approaches as appropriate.

Talent Programme Design & Development

  • Work with executive education partners to design and develop leading edge talent programmes
  • Applying principles of adult learning, learning styles, learner – focused design, and sustainability processes to programme design
  • Create practical facilitator and participant guides, presentations, job aids, processes, systems, and tools for face to face and virtual delivery.
  • Research best practices and feasibility of various learning modalities to use before/during/after sessions.
  • Support and align with broader talent management programming including regional leadership development and succession.
  • This role must work successfully in a matrixed organization.
  • Works under limited supervision in several aspects of the work.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in program management and delivery experience in talent development program
  • Strong technology skills with ability to facilitate leveraging learning technologies.
  • Curriculum and learning resources design software.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships through collaborative work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and executive stakeholder management
  • Strong executive presence and proven confidence working with highest ranking leaders in an organization.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
