The Cricketers Inn is currently looking for full time front of house positions to support and strengthen their management team.
If you are able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service, have high standards of personal presentation, an ability to work under pressure and be part of a team then we want to hear from you!
You must be highly motivated with a positive and hard working attitude. Have great customer service skills, as well as demonstrating a genuine passion for the food and beverage industry and local community.
The main purpose of this job role is to look after our guests and deliver a high level of service in a friendly manner.
Your responsibilities would include:
* Work alongside the General Manager to co-ordinate and manage a busy bar and restaurant shifts.
* Be a key part of motivating the entire team.
* Ensure all company policies and procedures are being adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Maintain company compliance with all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Be the face of the business to your guests, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience.
* Set business for success on a daily basis.
Previous hospitality experience is required.
Please also be aware that evening and weekend work will be required.
