Lounge Seventy Two & Bentleys Bar are two popular late-night venues that are located on the High Street of Cheltenham. The sites themselves ooze with class & culture, offering a large range of drinks and cocktails served all day & night, as well as pool tables to play at your leisure. With a large following the sites produce a fast paced, high volume trade, all whilst maintaining quality of service.
About the role –
As a Bar Manager, you will be the key element to hosting the best bars in town! The role is ideal for someone who has been in a successful Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/Bar Manager role for a minimum of 2 years with great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Conducting the orchestra from the front row is a key part in maintaining our notorious reputation in being the place to be on a night out. A meticulous eye for detail is a must to ensure our visitors not only receive the outstanding customer service & quality of experience but get to share those in the best environment too!
You will have the presence and infectious personality to lead and motivate the junior management team and bar staff with strong communication and leadership skills whilst controlling financial elements. You will play a pivotal part in the recruitment, performance & development of the team within the bar to provide outstanding results as well as have a great understanding in stock control and scheduling. Taking part in frequent business meetings, sharing your experiences and opportunities to develop the business and the sales cultures within the bars.
