The Role:
- As our Bar Manager you'll be responsible for managing bar operations
- Ensuring that you and your team are trained in product knowledge, exceptional guest service
- Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager
- Manage and maintain bar operations
- Engage, recruit, manage, train, and develop the Bar team
- Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
