We are assisting a major global law firm with two banking opportunities within their large Banking Group to be based at their beautiful London HQ. This firm want to welcome qualified lawyers who wants to build and excel in a career in banking law, and more specifically in either;

Corporate and Structured Lending

or

Real Estate Finance

The firm’s Banking Group work on a wide range of complex and high profile transactions and acts for banks, sponsors and major corporates. You would get an opportunity to work within an international team who cover award winning transactions on a global scale, ensuring challenging and interesting work. This is an excellent opportunity to do cutting-edge and innovative work and fine tune your banking law expertise either within corporate and structured lending or in real estate finance

The firm is seeking a lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE from a top tier corporate law firm.

You will have experience in banking law.

You will have strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to assimilate and process information quickly.

You will be interested in business development and have good networking skills.

You will inspire confidence, draw on your own and others’ experience.

You will be a team player and relationship builder.
