Within Customer Fulfilment & Servicing, our Customers are everything to us and we take the service we deliver very seriously (but also make sure we have fun delivering it.) To be brilliant you must have
- A huge amount of passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to listen, understand and respond professionally
- The energy to deliver great service
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt, and learn quickly
It’s a bonus if you have relevant experience or knowledge of the services we have across Personal Operations – but it’s not essential!
