The Role – Senior Manager – Identity and Access Management
An exciting new opportunity has been created to shape and manage the team of people who will build, evolve and operate easyJet’s new Identity and Access Management Platform. Working within the dynamic easyJet environment, the role will design, implement, and operate an integrated, single truth, high integrity identity platform that delivers on all employee identity requirements for easyJet’s business lines, programmes, and major platforms such as cloud. A key strategic objective will be to automate common and core identity functions and improve security through integration, orchestration, and process optimisation.
Location and hours of work
At easyJet we offer hybrid working arrangements and are always happy to talk flex. All we ask is that you’ll be able to visit our Luton HQ once a week.
- You will ensure ongoing protection for easyJet’s critical business operations, services, information and systems against unauthorised use, disclosure, modification, damage, and loss.
- Experience of leading a multi-function diverse team include permanent employees, contractors and third parties in the delivery of complex IT platforms
- Experience working in Enterprise IT with a good understanding of security concepts and the need for security
- Relevant Security Engineering and/or Identity and Access Management experience
- Experience of working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft services such Identity services, PIM, authenticator, conditional access etc
- Experience of Privileged Access management techniques and tools such as CyberArk and multi-factor technology such as PingID
- Experience of owning the delivery of organisation wide IT strategies and contributing to the ongoing development of the strategies.
