John Carson (Head Office Accountant) is on the hunt to find a Banking Administrator/ Cashier to come and join his fantastic team.
This could be your PERFECT opportunity to join our both successful and growing company (with more and more franchises coming on board!); whilst also reaping the rewards of working for Northern Ireland’s premier automotive retailer.
We can offer you a full-time permanent position with a basic salary of between £22,000- £25,000. Your working hours will be Monday through to Friday working between 08:45- 17:00 (which incorporates a one-hour lunch break).
Our Banking team, currently made up of three Banking Administrators, is led by our fantastic Team Leader as well as Assistant Team Leader… you will be in safe hands when it comes to your training as well as learning and development.
In role, you will be responsible for supporting with bank reconciliations, referencing bank remittances, communicating with Business Managers in relation to payments received, same day requests and daily showroom queries. You will also be involved with checking necessary documentation, cash handling from the showroom and soo much more! As you can see this is a SUPER varied role!
A little bit about you…
Don’t worry if you’re a newbie to the Automotive industry, we’re open to welcoming new colleagues to the sector… we can teach you everything we know!
Ideally, we’re looking for individuals from either an Administration or Call Centre background who are willing to take the leap into the world of banking. If you have strong IT abilities, that’s another big tick!
We’re looking for an individual with a strong can-do attitude, organisational abilities and who can build long-lasting relationships.
