Job description
The Hospice at Home Team support patients who are in the last weeks of their life who want to be at home. The team works closely with families, community nursing teams and the wider hospice services to give the best care and support possible at this crucial time.
Due to an expansion of the service, we are recruiting for Bank Senior Healthcare Assistants to join the team.
The roles require independent working in the community; applicants should have excellent communication skills and IT skills. You must be adaptable, reliable and highly organised in order to prioritise your workload effectively. Experience of working with people with long terms conditions or approaching the end of their life will be an advantage but no essential.
Please note - this is a Bank zero hour position.
