What’s the role about?
We are currently looking for a Learning consultant to join our Learning team, within the Partnership.
You will work with profession leads within the business to build and develop the skills and capabilities of the future and will play a key role in managing senior stakeholders to deliver the learning required for their teams. You will be the guardian of the Partner experience of learning and working collaboratively to ensure that Partners have a consistent experience, no matter where they work.

What will you be doing?
Build key relationships with the Talent Partners for the Exec areas that you are aligned with to identify how L&D will deliver Core curriculum learning, role specific learning, improved ways of working for leaders and team and culture change for leaders and teams.
Identify and define learning needs through Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) based on information from the Talent Partners, discussion with the Exec leader/profession lead and other research.
Assure learning for both the core curriculum and supports functions with operational and technical learning assurance to the Learning Standard
Complete the JLP learning needs analysis on behalf of the business lead for them to use when contracting with third party suppliers and Partner the business to review the proposed design and delivery,.
Measure and track delivery of learning solutions into the Exec area.
Collaborate with the team of Learning Consultants to identify trends and opportunities to provide learning solutions that are lean,simple and fast.
