We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bank Medical Records Assistant to join our brand-new team in London, with the possibility to work full-time. Operationally responsible for the management, creation and delivery of records within the hospital for a variety of clinical areas.
We will expect you to actively contribute to service development and to help identify opportunities for service improvement. You will support the ward & clinic administration teams to deliver complete and standardized records documents for both inpatient and outpatient departments. We are also introducing an electronic records management system to track & trace documents within the two buildings and to support high quality data security and management processes.
Together with the Reception and Ward Administration Leads, you will be responsible for the day to day records management to the various clinical departments including specialist support for Oncology, Imaging and Outpatients.
You will ideally have a some experience working in a similar healthcare role, preferably within private healthcare. Along the way, you will build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and of course, patients. Working collaboratively alongside the clinical management teams, you will ensure patients benefit from the best possible service while supporting efficient and streamlined business processes.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Full diagnostic imaging suite including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and general X-ray.
