An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join our Operational Human Resources team at Watford General Hospital.
This role provides a great opportunity to make an impact in an NHS Trust on a journey of improvement and transformation as the redevelopment of the hospital site was approved by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care in May 2023. The role is suited to a strong Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career or an existing HR Business Partner who is commercially minded and looking for a role which offers lots of opportunity to get involved.
Although a core member of the Operational HR Team, you will be an integral part of the divisional management team you support. You will be proactive and innovative in your approach and be able to develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and customers using coaching and negotiating skills.
We offer flexibility on how the hours will be worked including a blend on onsite presence and working from home. Part time hours will also be considered.
