Are you an empathetic CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner/OT/Social worker looking for an exciting new role?
We are now recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join an NHS trust based in Oldham, Lancashire, on a locum contract. The successful Practitioner will work alongside mental health practitioners and youth workers within the CAMHS Home Intensive Treatment Team. The successful practitioner's duties will include conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions to support young people and their families and carers, within the home environment, as an alternative to hospital admission.
The post on offer will be an immediate start for an ongoing period. The successful practitioner will be working full-time, but part-time is negotiable.
Skills and experience needed:
- Managing a caseload
- Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
- Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
- Can work well independently and as part of the team
