An exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist is available within our well-established NHS Client's community team based in Oldham, Lancashire. This position is open to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for an initial 1 month.
The successful Band 6 physiotherapist is required in the community therapy team to take the lead in arranging, conducting, and reporting access visits and discharge visits. Ordering equipment. Discharge planning. Attending MDT meetings. Leading breakfast club. Setting up new group activities with a therapy focus
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be HCPC registered
- Have completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle during work hours
