Service Administrator
Clinical Health Psychology Service
Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham
Band 4
37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an administrator to assist the team within our Clinical Health Psychology service.
You will need to assist in providing a high quality administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the department. The post holder will act as the focal point of contact and be responsible for dissemination of information, messages and enquiries for the team, as well as the text processing of correspondence, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking appointments, handling petty cash, stock ordering, and other administrative duties as required.
You will need OCR/RSA II Typing/Text Processing or equivalent and English ‘O’ Level/GCSE or equivalent. Previous experience of various computer packages, as well as minute taking are also a requirement.
