Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is client facing so strong stakeholder skills are needed

a. Possess strong communication skills in English.

a. Have a collaborative and approachable manner that diagnoses and resolves issues/problems in a timely manner showing tenacity and awareness of the service impact to the customer being supported.

a. Act as a primary interface to the Customer, to lead and liaise with key contacts in other resolver groups to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve issues.

a. Be able to provide concierge services as required. Concierge services include,

i.providing friendly and professional meet and greet.

i.setting expectation with the customer

i.managing the customer's interaction during their entire experience at the Tech bar.

a. Provide information on customer products and services.

a. Windows 10, Windows 11 and desirable to have MacOS experience.

a. Software installation/troubleshooting

a. Mobile device support (iOS/iPhone/iPad) – excluding warranty hardware repair.

a. Experience in Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management. (iPhone and Android)

a. Act as a primary interface to the Customer, for leading and liaising with key contacts in other resolver groups to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve issues raised.

a. PC hardware repair

a. PC Build

a. AV 'hands and eyes'

a. Networking 'hands and eyes'

Required Skills and Experience

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Professional demeanour
  • UK Citizen /applicable to this job.
  • Excellent communication skill

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
