Finance Manager (MAT & External Initiatives).
Trinity Multi-Academy Trust is a forward thinking, vibrant and rapidly growing trust and our people are key to our continued growth and success.
The trust is currently made up of 10 academies, including secondary, primary, and further education and we and are set to increase the number of academies over the next few years.
We are also home to West Yorkshire Maths Hub and Trinity Institute of Education. The Maths Hub was formed in 2014 to raise standards of Maths across early years, primary and secondary settings, whist our Institute of Education offers high quality School Direct Initial Teacher Training as well as offering school improvement support and research led development courses. Both initiatives not only contribute to the success of Trinity Multi Academy Trust, but also play an important role in the wider education community.
Due to maternity leave, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager, who will provide key financial support to these two amazing external initiatives and the central trust. As Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are achieved and processed, and producing accurate and timely financial information including management accounts.
You will also play a pivotal role in researching and applying for grants / funding that may be available to support the work of the initiatives.
What we need:
- Full or part accountancy qualified or experience in a similar role.
- Experience of financial management with experience of using accounting and finance software.
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Line management experience.
