Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a baker/senior baker to join our bakery department, to work alongside our experienced craft bakers helping to produce various types of breads/ciabattas and other bakery products.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in craft bakery with emphasis on bread production and ability to use a bun machine
- Have good organisational skills
- Have the ability to work as part of a small team
- Have a "can do" attitude
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be able to work under own initiative
The position is for 5 days per week, 7/8 hours per day with a choice of working hours to suit the candidate, opportunity for overtime if required.
A very good salary will be paid to the successful applicant and can be discussed at interview.
Mistletoe Bakery is based in Newcastle who supply quality products 6 days a week to a wide range of shops, stores and independent bakery coffee shops from Alnwick to Darlington.
