A leading Glasgow Bakery is looking for
bakers to join our team. We supply some of Glasgow’s deli’s, independent cafes, hotels, and restaurants. We want our bakery section to be the best in the market and you will be a key part of this journey.

About the Role:
* The bakery is looking for a passionate Baker who is happy to work in a commercial environment, particularly with sourdough
* An all-rounder who is reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk, confident with mixing, scaling, baking & using commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs
* Working 5 days across 7 days (overtimes available)
an added advantage will be:
* Expertise on large scale sourdough production
* Experience working within either a commercial bakery or kitchen as a head chef
* A passion for good food and quality produce

Part-time hours: 35-40 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
