Job description
Our London Gatwick base are currently looking for a number of Ramp Agents. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced ramp staff or anyone looking to start a career within aviation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing and sorting passenger luggage prior to aircraft departure
- Delivering luggage to aircraft side
- Checking and loading baggage into the aircraft
- Safely operating specialist equipment (Full training provided)
- Potential for further training to team-leader position after probationary period
- Meeting inbound aircraft and offloading within set timeframes
- Delivering passenger luggage to the terminal after arrival
Required Skills:
- Enjoying working as part of a team is a MUST
- Enjoy working in a busy, time sensitive environment where safety is paramount
- Be safety conscious and able to communicate clearly and confidently
- Prepared to work a variety of shifts. This could be Earlies, Lates and/or nights
You Must:
- Have a full clean driving licence
- Be able to provide a 5-year checkable history in order to obtain an airside pass
