We are looking for a new Team Member to join and help us provide fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring the best Bross experience for all our customers.
You are the face of our brand and we are looking for someone that will champion our ethos and spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Promotes the culture of Bross Bagels and acts as a brand ambassador.
- Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
- Ability to perform flexibly between work stations throughout a shift. E.g. from till to bagel prep.
- Performs all POS duties, front and of house functions including opening and closing procedures to the highest Bross standards.
- Performs all cleaning duties as directed.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a friendly, professional demeanour during busy periods.
- Maintains the store standard operating procedures, Health & Safety and Food Safety policies as directed by the Store Manager and Supervisor Team.
- The ability to work effectively and efficiently with store management and fellow bagel techs.
- Maintains, delivers, and takes pride in the high standard of Bross bagel recipes and their presentation.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
