We are on the lookout for both full-time and part-time Bagel Shop Assistants, Bagel Rollers and Bakers to join our dynamic team. Each day, our talented team bakes proper New York bagels on-site, complemented by freshly prepared schmears (fillings) in our kitchens. We are looking for someone who takes great pride and delight in consistent customer service and who is comfortable in scaling as we grow. This is a new position and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make this position their own in a growing business. We want someone enthusiastic, hardworking, committed, focused, ambitious, fun and prepared to go the extra mile.

As a Bagel Roller and Baker you will learn the art of rolling bagels, techniques passed down through generations of rollers and bakers making some of the best baked goodies on earth for the only true New York style Bagel Shop in the UK.
Responsibilities as a Bagel Roller will include:
- Prepare our range of eight types of Bagels
- Mixing, scaling, and hand rolling bagels
- Monitor production in a consistent and professional manner
- Manage high volumes
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment
- Ensure all products are made to the set quality standards and in line with daily orders daily.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year baking experience
- Arrive consistently on time, in clean attire (t-shirts provided by It’s Bagels)
- General understanding of baking equipment such as commercial mixers, ovens, knives and basic kitchen tools
- Must read, write and speak English
- Right to work in the UK
- Can carry out physical work
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Bagel Roller and Baker Schedule:
Working hours ran on shifts basis, within our operating hours between 6am and 3pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13 - £14 per hour
