- Must have 3 years experience working as a receptionist in a hospitality/ accommodation setting
- Cash handling
- The ability to communicate clearly and have experience in writing reports
- Checking hostel guests in and out
- Willing to undertake first aid training
- Reliable punctual and ability to work on their own initiative
- Ensuring that only hostel guests are permitted to the hostel
- Basic IT skills is a must along with a good telephone manner
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Well groomed and confident
- Keeping the reception area / lobby clean and tidy to include hoovering , mopping of floors and emptying bins
- Shifts available 7.00 am till 3pm , 3pm till 11pm and 11pm till 7am
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 32 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
