Job description
HE ROLE
As a Back of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily duties of the Back of House Department. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Daily briefing of expected business levels relevant to their roles for the department
- Ensure the team are at their designated working location as per the rota
- Ensure all equipment is provided for the team
- Manage and control order and timing of breaks
- Co-ordinate special request from other departments and inform when task can be carried out and by whom.
- Assist the team in busy periods
- Amend Rota for any lateness absences etc. and notify manager
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
