BA Euroflyer Head of Operations
This senior leadership role, at the heart of the BA Euroflyer business, is responsible for the safe, efficient and punctual delivery of our operation. Managing a team of Nominated Post Holders, the Head Of Operations is responsible for our Ground and Network Operations, CAMO, Safety, Security and Compliance. They also support the CEO, deputising as the Accountable Manager when required.
As a member of the Euroflyer Leadership Team, the Head of Operations is also responsible for constructing and delivering the Euroflyer business plan and strategic goals on behalf of the Board. Surrounded by experts, the successful candidate for this role will not necessarily need extensive operational experience, but they will need to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
This role would suit a structured, charismatic leader who enjoys leading from the front, creating an expert team around them, influencing senior stakeholders, and building a colleague centric company culture. Visible and prominent leadership is a must.

Salary banding on offer for this role: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
