eManifest Support Specialist
BorderConnect is looking for enthusiastic, conscientious people to join our e-manifest/customer support team. The support specialist guides customers through our software, assists with new customer set-up, and processes e-manifests accurately and in a timely fashion. Successful candidates will have intermediate level computer proficiency, will be detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Successful candidates must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Accurately process time-sensitive documents
- Verify the accuracy of team members' work
- Provide support for end users (tech support)
- Guide new customers through the software
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Professional level communication skills verbal and in writing
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Listen and understand information provided orally and in writing
- Communicate information professionally verbally and in writing
- Intermediate level computer skills with typing speed of approximately 25 wpm
- Customs and international trade knowledge preferred
- Transportation Industry (trucking, logistics, dispatching) experience preferred
