We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Trainer/Manager to join our luxury asset company and lead on the training, support and development of our rapidly growing sales team.Hackstons is one of London’s most trusted multi-asset brokers. Through our experience, experts, and partners we have helped private individuals build real wealth by owning some of the most illustrious timepieces, art pieces, luxury handbags, coins, wine, and Scotch whisky.The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2C sales space with a focus on training, recruitment and management of sales teams, and will also have a demonstrable track record of growing sales functions for organisations. You will have a good understanding of every aspect of an organisation’s sales processes, and will also have experience in telesales.You will receive comprehensive training to bring you up to speed with both the Scotch whisky industry, as well as Hackstons and our approach to client acquisition and retention, so industry experience, while a benefit, isn’t necessary for this role.Our Sales Trainer/Manager needs to be results-driven, and possess an insatiable appetite to upskill, learn and grow in order to get the best from each of our Account Managers. You will play an integral part in growing the business, both in revenue and reputation, through the development, support and continuous fine-tuning required to create a truly unstoppable sales team.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the recruitment, training and development of sales team(s)Set core KPIs and consistently measure sales team against KPIs with regular 1-2-1s and sales coachingCoordinate with key stakeholders/directors to align sales strategies, identify sales best practices, and drive sales effectiveness across the sales cycleCreate and deliver relevant educational training materials, exercises to develop sales teamBudget tracking and ensuring financial targets are metCompetitive benchmarking and competition strategyUtilising techniques and strategies to consistently motivate and inspire sales team to continually increase performance and grow as salespeoplePipeline management. Ensuring pipeline is managed properly, prospects are worked, moved down the funnel efficiently or replaced quicklyLead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processesMaintain product and industry knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity to inform sales approachRegularly identify new approaches and avenues to grow sales team performance and increase customer engagementRetain team membersPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, and execute regular sales analysis and constantly improving processes to enable better resultsEnsure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are metRequirements:A proven track record in sales and sales training in a B2C environment - 3 years+Experience in telesales - 3 years+A leader who teams perform for, and a coach/mentor to professionals at varying levelsAn incomparable ability to motivate sales teamsOutstanding communication and organisation skillsAn entrepreneurial flair and demonstrable business acumenAdept problem solver who handles pressure extremely wellStrong sales recruitment experience - the ability to identify and hire the best salespeople in the marketExperience not just creating sales enablement materials, but delivering training that makes a tangible difference to performanceSales coaching experience (desirable)Extremely results and target drivenNatural communicator, leader, and motivatorExcellent reporting and analytical skillsKeen eye for detail to regularly improve sales processes and identify new opportunities for sales growthExperience in utilising core CRM tools, including, but not limited to, Hubspot CRMA self-assured approach to sales training but a willingness to further develop through in-house trainingIf you're interested in this role please submit your CV.PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE.PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE UK-BASED AND CAN RELIABLY COMMUTE TO LONDON.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate: London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Sales: 3 years (required)Telemarketing: 3 years (required)Sales management: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
