About the Role

Base Location: Reading or Cardiff

Salary: £30,272 - £35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

As part of the Direct Sales team you will work in a fast-paced sales environment dealing directly with customers regarding contractual queries. Your role will include:

  • Engaging with our existing and prospective SME customers, advising them of SSE’s energy products and propositions via telephone and email.
  • Manage email and telephony communication channels in an efficient and proactive manner.
  • Deliver first class customer service during all customer interactions.
  • Deliver profit contribution and performance targets in line with Business set KPI’s and targets.
