Job Details
- Drive sales and partnerships with businesses that need a cutting-edge brain and mental health digital therapeutic solution
- Work directly alongside the CEO and other senior leaders at Mindstep. Define a new area at Mindstep, building and shaping the role and team around you
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads, understanding their goals, needs, and pain points
- Proactively identify and search for opportunities, leveraging your strong network in the above industries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all leads, providing guidance, support, solutions, and regular health-checks
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from start-to-finish, coordinating efforts and resources from other Mindstep teams
- Analyse and report on sales performance and partnerships, using data to continuously improve our approach and results
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the health insurance (most preferred), employee benefits or sports (notably football/American football) sector I.e you have some sold a SaaS product to businesses in one of these industries
- Extremely well networked in one of the above industries
- Sociable and full of charisma. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues
- Experience in creating and managing sales pipelines, using and managing CRM tools, and analysing sales performance data
- Self-starter mentality - Excited by a fast growing and evolving start-up environment, and willing to iteratively adapt to focus on achieving results. Willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Have some knowledge/understanding of mental health and brain health conditions, and have some knowledge/understanding of health economics and patient journeys
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Experience in creating and managing sales pipelines
