WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & New Business team. This role is integral to the growth of our agency and requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing. The focus will be on driving results through both paid and organic activity, particularly on LinkedIn.
You will be responsible for analysing and reporting on performance and using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and ultimately drive MQLs.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be a self-starter with a passion for driving results and excellent knowledge of the B2B sales funnel and customer journey.
You also need to be up-to-date with digital marketing industry trends and best practices to drive cut through in our agency marketing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The day-to-day of this role includes the following:
- Overseeing our own content marketing operation which involves managing the content calendar and coordinating the creation of content internally by channel experts
- To strategise and run our organic and paid search activity on LinkedIn and Google
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of our monthly Diginews email newsletter
- To identify and co-ordinate the entry of relevant industry awards
- Publish and update content to our website using our Storyblok CMS
- Ensure our content is placed in The Drum magazine by pitching article ideas to editors
- Generate MQLs for the sales team
- To understand our value proposition in everything we sell
- To understand the competitive landscape and technological innovations in our space
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that efforts are aligned
- Utilise our Hubspot Marketing license effectively
- To be an ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values (ambitious, brave and collaborative)
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in B2B performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth
- Proven success in a similar B2B role previously within a digital marketing agency, consultancy, AdTech/Martech or marketing service orientated company
- Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines (including websites, paid media, SEO, data & analytics, audience intelligence and content marketing)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's advertising capabilities, including targeting, bidding, and optimisation strategies
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Sponsored InMail, and Dynamic Ads
- Ability to create effective ad copy and work with designers to create visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns
- Knowledge of LinkedIn's organic content strategy and ability to leverage this channel for B2B marketing goals
- Experience with a variety of performance marketing channels, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive campaign optimisation and decision- making
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of stakeholders
- A track record of successfully managing projects from ideation to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Commercial acumen, entrepreneurial drive and creative flair
