BACKGROUND
Salapi Limited is a new entrant to the marketplace as an introducer with an eclectic mix of clients that largely come from an introducer network where clients need limited companies with nominee directors and shareholders, as well as banking and other facilities such as FX, IBANS, card payments, card terminals, SEPA and Swift.
The company is part of a larger group that has an extensive searches department in financial services, banking and placing payment providers with clients, focusing on the medium to high-risk sector, in particular gaming and crypto.
The goal for the company is to build its income levels to £50m per month, referred into a small number of EMIs and, in doing so, once monthly target is achieved, and £10m per month on card payments, the business will have activated its own licence in Gibraltar and Canada.
At this point, it will move from being an introducer to an EMI (“Electronic Money Institution”) or MSB (“Money Services Business”). At present, all parties behind it have expertise in financial services, Barclaycard, Barclays, and the payments industry.
The primary focus of the business is on a B2B basis (“Business to Business”). Some of our clients do operate in the B2C (“Business to Consumer”) and C2B (“Consumer to Business”) space. Even with our own licences, a large proportion of the business will still be based on an introducer concept.

The successful candidate may also have an opportunity to lead a team and will primarily be home-based but required to travel to internal meetings from time to time and meet clients throughout Europe. They must also be able to demonstrate past sales success and furnish strong references.
