The Role

We’re hiring talented content writers to work as part of our SEO marketing and content team.
The primary focus of this role is to write content for NUOPTIMA’s SEO clients who are operating under the B2B business model. We are looking for writers who can createcontent that shows a high level of expertise, can attract executive-level decision-makers and generate leads for our clients, helping them acquire new customers and increase revenue.
This exciting opportunity will help you develop writing and marketing skills with the oversight from our expert team of content and SEO specialists. You’ll have the opportunity produce interesting and thought-provoking content for a range of B2B clients across varying industries, making every day unique.

The Candidate:
We’re looking for a proactive, hardworking, dedicated and resourceful team player with a positive can-do attitude who is excited to work with a lean, result-oriented group dedicated to bringing value to clients.
- Strong editorial background and exceptional skill in proofreading and creating, implementing, and ensuring adherence to style guides
- Obsessed and passionate about writing quality content that generates conversions and growth for our customers
- Highly motivated self-starter who loves a good challenge
- Strong time management skills, ensuring we meet deadlines
- You can write in different tones and styles, based on brand personality and media
- A keen interest in digital marketing
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting extensive research in different niches and on different topics
- Conducting research to gain a deep understanding of a client’s business model, products/services, target customers and customer pain points
- Putting together lists of questions and interviewing clients to get their unique insight into different topics
- Drafting article outlines for client review and approval
- Writing insightful, original and engaging articles based on prior research and client interviews
- Optimising content titles, headings and meta tags for search engines (SEO optimisation)
- Editing content in accordance with feedback received from NUOPTIMA’s editor and clients
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional writing and editing experience
- Native-level fluency in English (proficiency in another language is always great)
Desired Qualifications:
These are not essential for the role, but are a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Journalism, Professional Writing, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- SEO content writing experience
- Experience working at a marketing agency
- B2B writing experience
- Tech-savvy - experience using GSuite, Click-Up, Notion, Trello, CRM systems, Klaviyo, etc
Compensation:
- Negotiable based on experience
