We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a B2B Appointment Setter within our boutique department here at CC33.
We are looking for 2 new candidates to join our boutique B2B team as part of some of our specialised campaigns. Within the role you will be responsible for contacting businesses around the UK to discuss their needs for the products and services our client is currently offering. You will be required to negotiate past the gate keepers to speak to key decision makers within the business to discuss the full features and benefits of the services available to them with the outlook of booking in a follow up appointment regarding the package and receive a full demonstartion.
The ideal candidate will have previous B2B experience and understand the process and difficulties of working within a similar role. However, we primarily looking for candidates with outstanding communication skills and the drive to succeed, learn and the ability to remain resilient and productive.
Salary & Bonus:
This role has a basic salary up to £23,000 per annum.
We also offer an uncapped commission scheme which means you can take home an OTE of £26k - £28k+ per annum.
Shifts:
You will be contracted at 40 hours per week, between the hours of 9am & 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Location:
You will be based at our brand new offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

What are we looking for?
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging sales targets
- A confident individual
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
- Sales experience is essential
- B2B experience is preferred but not essential, but a good knowledge of how B2B sale process works
- Transferrable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- Outstanding communcation skills with the ability to effectively navigate past gate keepers and senior manager to speak to key decision makers.
- The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
