Company:
Hey friendo! We’re Whistle Punks and we’re all about people.
*
*
Do our 5-star reviews rave about the quality of our wood or how lovely our axes are? Nope. It’s all about our team, our people, our Punks. They make the experience. They create the magic. Wanna join them?
*
*
We brought urban axe throwing to the UK back in 2016 and, ever since, people have been telling us we’re on the cutting edge of the hugely popular competitive socialising scene.
*
*
In that time our guests have thrown over 10 million axes. All those throws add up to an axe travelling all the way around the world!
*
*
We now have venues in Bristol, Leeds, London and Manchester with more in the pipeline. We’ve grown from 5 to a team of almost 100. We’re bigger, older and wiser now but some things haven’t changed. We’ve always paid the Real Living Wage. We’re always looking to innovate and find ways to do things better.
*
*
We’re working hard to achieve B Corp accreditation as well as becoming a carbon negative company in the next 12 months. The UK B Corporation Movement
*
*
Our mission is to provide an unforgettable experience to anyone setting foot in our venues. Our success is a direct result of the fantastic team already in place.
*
*
We’re about treating people well and doing business for good. Sound like something you’re into? We’d love to hear from you.

Guest experience. Bring your enthusiasm to create an atmosphere where all guests have a great time and no-one’s left behind.
Timekeeping. Run a tight event that keeps to the schedule.
Safety. Be a champion of safety by keeping guests in check and ensuring the venue is always well maintained.
Variety. Typical six-hour shift involves running two 70-minute axe throwing sessions, mixed in with stints on the bar, check-in, drink service and popping pizzas in the oven.
Why Whistle Punks is for you:
From day one:
Pay. Above Real Living Wage for all employees. Choose when you get paid – By partnering with Orka pay you can take up to 50% of your monthly earnings as you earn them. No more waiting for pay day.

Free axe throwing. Play for free – you can even bring your family too!
Bring your whole self. We want you to show off who you are, not hide it. Our dress code is just a Whistle Punks t-shirt – the rest is up to you.
