Contract Type: Permanent
Contracted Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Here at Mole Valley Farmers, we have an exciting opportunity for an AX Business Analyst focusing on supporting and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and D365 solutions to join the team.
You will be a key part of a small team of BAs working on several projects to enhance business processes and maximise the benefits delivered by enterprise systems, as well as providing second/third line support to our IT Helpdesk team for complex issues.
What you will be doing as a AX Business Analyst…
- Be a key liaison between the business and technical solutions delivery team
- Evaluate business systems problems to provide solution options and recommendations
- Facilitate requirements, review, and design sessions with business owners / stakeholders
- Implement system configurations as needed to support enhancements and issue resolution
- Work with our support partners in delivering development fixes / customisations as needed to meet business needs
We would love to hear from you if you have….
- Experience working with ERP packages such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle
- Advanced Visio skills, maintaining business flow diagrams
- Advanced user of MS Project, create and maintain project plans
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and end users at all levels
