Here at GXO we are looking for Drivers Mates to join our team in Northampton. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis,47 hours per week, Monday to Friday with start times of between 04:00 and 07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the driver with handling goods while following a strict process
- Assist with loading vehicles, ensuring load is adequately secured
- Take ownership of paperwork
- Work as a banksman when required
- Support depot with the offloading and stowing of empty containers
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Customer service driven
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good all-round geographical knowledge (not essential)
- Multi drop experience, manual handling, not essential as training given)
