About the Role:
Do you want to make a real contribution to our customer's cloud environments?
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a range of technologies and customer environments! You will be delivering public cloud infrastructure solutions through IaC and automation tools. Support, maintain and improve customer workloads and environments as part of a DevOps culture.
You will be someone who is happy to get involved in all levels of technical discussions while willing and capable to get their hands dirty and get things coded up. It also helps if you are proactive, collaborative, and approachable!

Main Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the team resolving tickets to a high-quality, ensuring we meet customer SLAs. You must be able to produce high-quality documentation and runbooks supporting customer environments, and help improve ways of working, and contribute to practice growth.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
- Share knowledge and work with teams to define solutions.
- Supporting and enhancing Infrastructure using IaC in AWS or Azure
- Ensure the ticket process is followed correctly.
- Focus on automation and IaC.
- Develop and learn technologies that can streamline our approach.

Other qualities specific to this role include:
- Experience with CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins)
- Source control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience in Scripting (e.g. bash, PowerShell)
- Working with Infrastructure (e.g. Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- A working knowledge of Cloud concepts
- Strong documentation skills
- Customer communication skills
