This is an exciting opportunity for an Aviation Security Officer to join our friendly Security team at Birmingham Airport. If you have experience of carrying out physical searches and card checks or similar relevant experience, then this is the opportunity for you.If you take pride in delivering a high-quality service, while also ensuring safety, legislative, environmental, operational and cost factors are taken into consideration then come join our team of dedicated Security Officers who make a difference on a daily basis to the quality and safety of travel of the passengers at the airport. You will be responsible for controlling access to restricted areas of the airport.No two days will be the same, you may be carrying out escort duties, including special events on day or responding to emergency incidents following the agreed procedures the next.
